OUR PRODUCTS

All of our products are new unless otherwise noted.  Collectible items will have the condition described if not new. 

All medals, ribbons, patches, and insignia that are currently awarded or worn on the uniform are military specification and manufactured by factories authorized by The Institute of Heraldry to produce those items.  Obsolete items are manufactured to meet or exceed the military specification for that item.

SHIPPING

We ship all products from our Beavercreek, Ohio location to anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We support our active duty military and ship to any APO/FPO address.

We work very hard to provide you with the cheapest possible shipping rates. Our primary shipping method is US Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority Flat Rate for all addresses EXCEPT on base unit addresses.  Customer orders that require delivery to an on base unit address will have their orders shipped by UPS Ground which requires added shipping cost.  Please email us for UPS rates for your on base unit order.

We do not ship to other countries at this time.

RETURNS

You must contact us by email or phone before returning any item. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an refund or exchange. Please note, original shipping costs are not refunded. Products that have been modified or used in any way cannot be returned.

Clearance Items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. If you are returning an item, simply ship your unused item(s) back to us and we will provide a refund minus our cost to ship the product to you. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect item).

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
